Replace dull cheese slicer wires on your RSVP Marble Cheese Slicer (model; #GRY-5) with a set of 4 replacement wires. These replacement wires are constructed of stainless steel.
Instructions: (1) unscrew the handle from the retaining screw and remove it from the arm (2) remove the wire loop from the retaining screw and set screw aside with handle (3) rotate the arm to reveal the other end of the wire loop. Remove the wire and discard (4) insert a new wire loop into the arm. Rotate arm back to the beginning position (5) thread the other end of the wire loop into retaining screw (6) screw the retaining screw into the handle through the arm until the wire is taut and secure. ** Note: over-tightening may cause the wire to break **
